77we Customer Phone List Export Policy

77we Privacy Policy describes how 77we.com ("77we") handles personal information for

the services 77we provides in the 77we programs. The Privacy Policy may be found at 77we.com

The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) Best Practices Guidelines, found at www.mma.com

gives clear rules for consumer protection.

“Section 2.1 Unsolicited Messages

- Wireless subscribers have a right to privacy

- Content providers must obtain approval from subscribers before sending them

commercial SMS or MMS message and other content. Directions on how to unsubscribe

from the program should be included in programming messaging on a regular basis.”

“Section 6.4 Third Party Lists

- Selling Mobile opt-in list is prohibited

- Beyond violating the consumers privacy policy, sending messages to third-party list is not

an affective interactive marketing tactic.

It is 77we’s policy not to give Account Owners or Customers of Account Owners visibility of

consumer phone numbers. However, an Account Owner terminating their relationship with

77we or the Customer of an Account Owner terminating their relationship with the Account

Owner can export their opted in phone list, assigned to a specific opt-in code, for a fee. The

Account Owner or Customer of an Account Owner wishing to export a list & the undersigned

below agrees that the opted in consumer’s phone number(s) will not be remarketed to a third

party, sold to a third party or violated.

77we charges Account Owners wanting to export an opt-in list $350 per promotion code list,

whether 10 numbers on the list or 1,000 or more. An exportable .csv file will be provided.

As an Account Owner or Subscription Customer, whether directly as a 77we Account

owner, or a Customer of a 77we Account Subscriber you agree to the 77we Privacy

Policy & the MMA Best Practices.

77we reserves the right to terminate any Account Owner, or Customer or Promotion that

violates these terms and conditions, and/or fails to follow the Mobile Marketing Association’s Code

of Conduct, and Consumer Best Practices Guidelines.
