Job Description For Appointment Setter

77we, LLC, is a multi-media marketing company looking for a professional B2B appointment setter. The job function involves calling businesses in the USA to set appointments for our sales staff. We are looking for a professional individual who has experience in sales, cold calling, outbound calls, customer service, and with some technology knowledge.

The caller will need to be able to keep track of the calls they make and the disposition of the calls. They will be expected to enter all their calls and appointments activities into our CRM software.

Required Skills:
1. Pleasant telephone voice, able to speak English clearly, fluently, and without a foreign accent.
2. Previous sales, marketing, cold calling, outbound calls, appointment setting, customer service or call center experience.
3. Ability to follow directions.
4. Assertive telephone manner.
5. Ability to customize the script as needed.
6. Great attitude and personality, a self-motivated team player.
7. Good communication with 77we colleagues.
8. Good listener with probing skills in sales and marketing to fulfill the needs of the customers
9. Ability to diligently follow up with prospects as needed and required.
10. Ability to keep a consistent working schedule.

Technology Requirements:
1. Own computer with high-speed Internet access.
2. A Phone.
3. Working Internet browser.
4. A quiet professional calling environment will be required.

80 calls/day = 12 appointments = 4 closed deals = $800.00
