enters into this
Agreement for the receipt of certain information from
77we.com, pertaining to potential SMS
Opt-In Leads as follows:
1.
Lead Information:
Cell#, Date, Time, Keyword Texted.
2.
Billing Policy:
77we.com
will bill Customer for SMS Leads prior to
delivering SMS Leads. Customer will be notified by e-mail at
the address provided below when 77we.com
charges Customer’s credit card account for SMS
Leads.
3.
Return Policy: If the same consumer
texts with a different phone number, the SMS Lead will be
considered invalid (“Invalid Lead”). Invalid Leads must be
returned within 24 hours of receipt by Customer in order to
be eligible for credit. No cash refunds will be given for an
Invalid Lead at any time. SMS Leads will not be
considered invalid solely due to an Customer’s change of
intention or change in circumstances. We guarantee that we
will sell your SMS Leads to you and only to you.
4.
Cancellation: Customer may terminate this
Agreement by providing 77we.com 30 days’
written notice, in either of two ways: in a writing or by
e-mail successfully sent to Info@77we.com. 77we.com
may terminate this Agreement at any time by notice
to Customer at the fax or e-mail Customer has listed below.
If Customer’s fax or e-mail address has changed from the
information provided below, or if Customer’s fax or e-mail
system fails to receive 77we.com
notification, Customer will be deemed to have waived
notification of cancellation. Following cancellation by
either party, Customer will remain liable for all unpaid or
unbilled charges incurred by Customer prior to cancellation.
All SMS Leads generated
during the term of this Agreement will be yours to market to
at anytime. When and if you cancel, all SMS Leads then
belong to 77we, LLC.
5.
Credit Card Charges: Customer authorizes
77we.com to charge the credit card set forth below
for all SMS Leads furnished by 77we.com.
